OTN Download of 9i Enterprise RAC ? included ?

I've downloaded Oracle9i Database version 9.0.1.0.0 and applied Patch which now makes my release of 9i database 9.0.1.2.0. Is Real Application Cluster software component part of the free download? Thanks,
