locally managed tablespace

I understand that local managed tablespace will have a better performance than dictionary tablespace. What about a table is setting on mixed type tablespaces? Will it afftect the performance? We have a huge partitioned table, it was on dictionary tablespace. Ever since we start to move it partition by partition into local managed tablespace, the performance down a lot.
