8.1.5-to.9i-migration: Character Set Scanner Utility?

Hi,
I think it must be simple but it seems to be that I have a "narf" in my head..;-)

So I'd like to migrate from 8.1.5 on SuSE6.2 to 9.0.1 on SuSE7.3 and I've to take care about character sets, I think. I've read the offical site on http://oraclesvca1.conxion.com/otndoc/oracle9i/901_doc/server.901/a90236/ch1 0.htm ,but I couldn't find "csscan" on old installation. Is it because of I have to install a special oracle-package or 8.1.5 do not contain that utility?
