Not enough physical memory for SHM_SHARE_MMU

This is an error message which occurs while trying to mount the database on startup. I realise it is particular to Solaris, but how do I tell Oracle not to use so much shared memory. Or is this not the problem?

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
