you could try the following :

  1. add _allow_resetlogs_corruption=TRUE in init.ora
  2. startup mount
  3. recover database until cancel
  4. cancel -> (fake the recovery)
  5. alter database open resetlogs

If this doesn't work you need to contact Oracle support and ask for DUL (data unloader)
