No... Here The COncept of a DB is Totally Different from Sybase.

What u can do is Delete all the files pertaining to the Oracle Database..

IN NT.. Use the Oradim Utility to Unregister the DB from the NT Services.

IN Unix U Need to Remove Entries from OraTAB.
