Which view has the info on Lock modes of RAC

In RAC (Real Application Clusters) a block can have three modes NULL,
SHARED, EXCLUSIVE and can be held with a LOCAL or a GLOBAL role i.e. XL0,
NG1, XG1 which table has this information as what mode and what role it is
held



Is there a view which shows me the info like XG1 for this block



Any help is appreciated
