No offence, but that sort of 'management consultant sh*t' doesn't go down well outside the US of A.
It all sound way too corny to be real.

First Thing....EVERY MORNING....personally go to the cubes of each developer (preferred) or call him/her and say with a sincere smile: something along the line....
