Hi everybody
My experience in Switzerland is that the local support center is quite good. So when you open a TAR by phone you normally get an answer within a reasonable time.
On the opposite the support via Metalink doesn't reach the quality of the local Swiss support by far. Either the TARs are lying around for days or you get answers wich indicate the support staff didn't even understand what your question was.
Apart from that my general feeling is, that the support for the RDBMS on common platforms is quite ok, whereas support for other products (e. g. IFS), seems to be overstrained.
