If nobody has any of your passwords, and you remembered to change sys and system passwords, yeah it should be secure. Does PO even have a listener? I haven't used it very much. If it doesn't even HAVE a listener, then you can only get at it by sitting at your machine; even if it does have a listener, you still need a login and password. I don't remember if PO has anything like OPS$ security, and I don't know how that would work on NT unless it's done by NT user groups.

There might be a way for someone with local machine Administrator or Domain Administrator privs to hack their way in somehow, I'd have to install and play with it though.

Hmmm. Well apart from privileged users like that, you don't have any worries, that I know.
