When does a datamodel become "too complex"?

• When crossing 300 Tables, 500 RI-constraints, 40 Triggers and 50 Packages?
• When folding your 5-level-subtyping into one supertype-table?
• When giving your tables names like tab_a, tab_b and your attributes names like fred and constance?

Or when adding one auxilliary table to your interface tables?
