First Thing....EVERY MORNING....personally go to the cubes of each
developer (preferred) or call him/her and say with a sincere smile:
something along the line....
"Morning Bob/Mary !...Hey man if there is anything I can do to make
your job easier, more satisfying...just let me know ! OK ? have a great
day..."
