Agent will not start

RH 6.2 Oracle 8.1.7


Net 8 config failed during install, I have manually configured the
Listener.  When I do the following:


lsnctrl dbsnmp_start


I get no error


When I then try


lsnctrl dbsnmp_status


It reply's


The db subagent is not started.



Where are the config files and so I can set this up correctly
