Yes I Have!!
We first used Oracle 8.1.6 and after two days of trying we made a shot with a loopback adapter and then we could get Oracle to work. This is'nt so good if you like to use it as a server on the network.....

Next day we tried with Oracle 8.1.7 and that worked OK (But we still have a lot of trouble using Active Directory accounts when installing Oracle, but that's another issue).
