Try our PSP_Mail package - it works on all platforms there's Oracle8i and does not need anything beyond Oracle8i with JServer. It can send any type of email, including mail with unlimited number of attachments, can target multiple recipients, does DNS lookups for MXes of recipients (or you can relay through your local SMTP server for best performance) and more. You can get eval and docs at http://www.dpsp-yes.com/dpsp/prod/!go?id_=ndownloads
