Hi. I'm having trouble understanding how the above works....

I have a UTF8 database setup, and on the client machine I have the locale set to Traditional Chinese and also the NLS_LANG environment variable is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHT16BIG5. However, I can't seem to be able to store/type in the traditional chinese letters in the database tables via either schema editor nor sql*plus. Can someone point me into the right direction??

Thanks.
