Migration from INGRESS to Oracle

Hello.

Our customer has an Ingress database. Now, we have to turn it into a Oracle database.
How can we get the data?. We haven't conection to his database and we've just Oracle Databases.
I suposse that he must generate a plain text file with each ingress table's data.
How can he do it?.
And, to get the definiton of his ingress tables and the constraints and indexes, what can we do? (or what must he do to generate that definitio for us?.
