Actually, this is the same Daniel Morgan that claimed (about a year ago) that he had managed to create a database without a system rollback segment. Oh, and that his create database commands also had developed the magic ability to create USERS and INDEX tablespaces. So, no, not even his advice on Oracle can be considered that 'good' -though the name-dropping of large companies is always good ...for a laugh.
