shut down the database, physically copy all the relevant database files (usually in \oracle\oradata\instance_name) to someplace else, (control, RBS, System, users, temp, etc. Also copy off the init.ora parameter file from \oracle\admin\instance_name\pfile\ and you are pretty much done.
