Hello,

    I have 4 small/medium databases on a E250 and have had no issues.

    I have also run 2 @ 8.0.5 and 2 @ 8.1.7 as they we different in vendor use on this same box with no issues.

    All I have to say is make sure you have enough spindles and controllers as these are quite frequently overlooked as opposed to memory.

    Docs? Metalink or various on line resources.
