Looked on Customer Connection->Supported Platforms yesterday. Here's what's supported for Oracle9i 9.0.1.0.0 (32-bit):     

  PT 8.16 Compaq Alpha Tru64 UNIX 5.1  
  PT 8.16 Sun Ultra Sparc Solaris 8  
  PT 8.15 Sun Ultra Sparc Solaris 8  
  PT 7.62 Compaq Alpha Tru64 UNIX 5.1  
  PT 7.62 Sun Ultra Sparc/Sparc Solaris 8
