Udump files?

Hi all.

I am having hassles with the Udump files that are being created. The size of teh files are small, but the problem is that it is generating hundreds of them.

Here is a copy of one of them:
oracle $ more trinity_ora_100.trc
/oracle/8.1.7/database/admin/trinity/udump/trinity_ora_100.trc Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.0.0 - Production With the Partitioning option
JServer Release 8.1.7.0.0 - Production
ORACLE_HOME = /oracle/8.1.7/database
System name: SunOS

Node name:      meb01
Release:        5.8
Version:        Generic_108528-07
Machine:        sun4u

Instance name: trinity
Redo thread mounted by this instance: 1
Oracle process number: 22
Unix process pid: 100, image: oracle_at_meb01 (TNS V1-V3)

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Clint
