Potential New Storage Management Software Product

HI...I am a research analyst, trying to understand market demand for a potential new product. This product would be targeted at system adminstrators in medium and large enterprises, who were maintaining storage for large databases

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SELL! THIS IS A PURE RESEARCH PROJECT! My question: Would you have interest in a software product that allowed you to manage ALL Networked Attached Storage Devices (NAS)and Direct Attached Storage (DAS)? This product would provide the following features:

1. Single global view that spans vendors, technology, and geography
2. Scale storage seamlessly with no down time through policy driven capacity management.
3. Manage multiple heterogeneous systems. This includes all NAS and DAS storage, regardless of vendor.
4. Enable this management via a web based console and single tool set.
5. Distribute load over entire storage system through automatic and dynamic load balancing and tunable caching
6. Management reporting system to insure storage allocation matches business priorities
7. Automatic policy driven replication of critical information
