5.1A is fine. I've installed successfully on that.
It appears though that you haven't got a complete X configuration. Oracle
uses X for its GUI installation, so I'd look into what needs to be installed
on Tru64 to support that. I don't have any Tru64 manuals so I can't help
you with that.
