A related problem might be that I'm now getting linking errors about 90% of the way through the install. Reference is made to "ins_rdbms.mk." I suspect this has something to do with some GNU libs that have replaced the default Solaris ones.

I'll post the exact error/log messages at the end of this current install, hoping one of you will be willing to help.
