Hi all,



I need to compare Databases, one of many considerations is about
Licensing.


And Oracle is most confusing one.



Where can I find a complete guide / documents about all Oracle
Licensing Scheme / policy? (Named user, concurrent user, Power unit
etc)


So that I can read and understand, before we decide to go with Oracle
?
