I most definitely don't think so. Don't have exact proof, no access to that particular configuration. But I strongly suspect not a problem at all.

HP would NOT be selling 64bit servers if only workstations that could connect to them would be same architecture. Wouldn't make commercial sense whatsoever.
Neither would Oracle.
