Hi Odette,

there're the sql-scripts named catproc.sql and catalog.sql on your server.($ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql and $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql). If they are not there, please install the software again.
