computer based training netg

I have an original of Oracle SQL and SQL*Plus: Advanced SELECT Statements (retail $600.00)

I'll sell both classes for $50.00. Why so cheap? They're a little beat up, but still install and run correctly. I got them for free from my nephew.
They are dated 1999.
And finally, after looking at the content, I don't see how oracle justifies charging $600.00 each for these.
