Hi, Everyone, we are using 8.1.7.2 on solaris 2.6, recently we got a lot of aud file at our /udump directory. The file is like this: Audit file /opt2/oracle/product/8.1.7/admin/test/udump/ora_897.aud Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.2.0 - Production With the Partitioning option
JServer Release 8.1.7.2.0 - Production
ORACLE_HOME = /opt/oracle/product/8.1.7
System name: SunOS

Node name:      mary
Release:        5.7
Version:        Generic_106541-18
Machine:        sun4u

Instance name: test
Redo thread mounted by this instance: 0 <none> Oracle process number: 2
Unix process pid: 897, image: oracle_at_mary (TNS V1-V3)

ACTION : 'connect ' OSPRIV : DBA
CLIENT USER: ora817

 STATUS: SUCCEEDED ( 0 ) What are these files? Is there something I should be alarmed or just set up a crontable job to remove all the aud files?
