Many things come into play when tuning a database.The load it will
have to take the amount of cpu available,memory,the number of users,
the typical transactions that will take place etc
But for the most part it is advisable to make your block size equal to
OS blocksize and make the memory used by your db about 25% of the
total memory so in your case about 150M.These are not written in stone
though.
