ORA-27102 out of memmory

Hi all,
I am struggling from past couple of days installing oracle 8.0.5 on unixware 7.0.1. Everything is fine except i am unable to start the instance so that i can create a database. It gives me an error-
ORA-27102 out of memmory

the alert file doesnt record any error message.

I have increased physical RAM to 128 MB
and my init.ora file has following parameters ( db block size is 2048 bytes).

db_files = 80
db_file_multiblock_read_count = 8 
db_block_buffers = 200                                            

shared_pool_size = 3500000
log_checkpoint_interval = 10000
processes = 50
dml_locks = 100
log_buffer = 8192

---

when i issue 'swap -l' command i get following reply-

/dev/swap 7679,2 0 317688 313656

---

I have also set following parameters in the file /etc/conf/cf.d/stune

SHMMAX	67108864
SHMMNI	100
SHMSEG	15
SEMMNI	400
