If you are asking whether waving an OCP in front of a hiring manager will get you the job ... the answer from my experience is NO!

In fact I don't even consider it during interviews. All I care about is "can the person do the job ... and do it well."

But if in other locales an OCP will get you in the door to get the necessary experience then it is worth the price of admission.
