Oracle Express to 9i

I am looking at building an application using Oracle Express but I
know it will soon be replaced by 9i.  Although there will apparently
be an easy to follow migration path I am not sure if this is a
sensible thing to do at the moment.



Does anyone here have any opinions on this?
