Backup Exec Oracle Agent

We use Backup Exec 8.5 and 8.6 on our production servers, I've just built a
test box to test some disaster recovery plans, but when I install BU Exec
and tell it to install the oracle agent, the confirmation window says that
it is going to do this but it doesn't  install the agent



Oracle 8.1.7 Standard edn on NT4, sp6a



Anybody had this problem and no a work around
