I definitely don't agree with this. Most people responding here are
subscribed to all Oracle newsgroups. So you don't get any other
different angles/opinions, and in this particular case there is only
one correct answer. As Usenet is not a quiz or a lottery, but a
*volunteer* business, crossposting and multiposting should be avoided
as much as possible.
Many people here do not only crosspost, they send their requests individually. Hence I quite frequently answer a question that has already been adressed in a different newsgroup and if that answer was correct I just wasted my *free* time.
Just to be sure: it looks like you didn't crosspost or Forte Agent would have noticed that.
