Spam Apology

I'm currently getting dozens of email message with the subject:

    Delivery Failure
or

    Returned Mail

which makes me think that someone if using my domain name in the 'reply to' of a spam exercise.

If you get an email ostensibly from

    bertha_at_jlcomp.demon.co.uk
about increasing your energy levels or
similar rubbish, it's not from me or anyone in my family. Please treat it with the contempt it deserves and bin it.
