No it is not correct. I can believe that some sites have moved from Oracle
to DB2 and that some resellers have chosen to concentrate on DB2. Frankly
that is irrelevant and I'm sure you can find counter examples. The question
is what database can your organisation and its resellers effectively support
and optimize.
