This is interesting. I never do typical installs so these are new to me. I
did install the samples in 9i but didn't get these users. I took a look at
the 9i sql.bsq which is the only one I have here and there is no reference
to utlsampl.sql, so I wonder where it's called from?
utlsampl.sql is below - so what about Saturn?
