Does anyone have any pointers to documentation etc about how to send
information from Oracle (8i) to the Windows Event Viewer ?



I know that there are certain Oracle events that get logged
(connection as user INTERNAL, or optionally audit trail info), but
wondered if there were any Oracle provided hooks for passing user
defined information, or if anyone has info on the
architecture/components involved.



Any help/info much appreciated...
