I haven't attended any of their training, but you can't go wrong when Cary Milsap is involved.

Cary used to run the System Performance Group at Oracle and is an Oracle God. When I worked for Oracle, his group taught the most in-depth comprehensive Oracle internals/tuning/troubleshooting classes that I have ever attended.
