Error starting Apache

Hi there



When I try to start the Apache Service from Oracle,  I get this error
message:


"Can't locate Cwd.pm in @INC (@INC contains: .) at (eval 1) line 1."



I also tried already to install the service again, but the same error
appears.



Has anyone an idea what I could do?
