install 8.1.7 on Redhat 7.1

hello

Anybody here, who succeded in installing 8.1.7 on a RedHat 7.1? I sure does have problems, even running the java engine. I´ve tried following this installation guide:

It´says: "Don't execute runInstaller as it almost always fails. Instead move to
install/linux on the CD and run runIns.sh while logged in as 'oracle'."

but I don´t even have a runIns.sh in my Oracle distribution :-(

does anybody have a idea how to complete this installation?
