one moment here :

These files are from the same database

   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\SYSTEM01.DBF',
   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\RBS01.DBF',
   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\USERS01.DBF',
   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\TEMP01.DBF',
   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\TOOLS01.DBF',
   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\INDX01.DBF',
   'E:\ORACLE8I\ORA81\ORADATA\K2\DR01.DBF',
AS
these files :
'F:\oracle\oradata\k2\MAIN01.ORA',
'F:\oracle\oradata\k2\MAIN02.ORA',
????????????????????

You'll have to copy ALL database files from your backup to your second machine and insert them in the controlfile.... If you create the dummy database - remove all the database files belonging to the dummy DB first (the dummy DB was just there to create an easy dump of the controlfile to start with - nothing more !)
