There command help form orapwd.exe

>e:\orasrv\BIN>orapwd
>Usage: orapwd file=<fname> password=<password> entries=<users>

> where
> file - name of password file (mand),
> password - password for SYS and INTERNAL (mand),
> entries - maximum number of distinct DBA and OPERs (opt),

How I can quicky use this utility?
Where is "file" of password?
