I believe INTERNAL has no password. You just need to be the correct user, and then a CONNECT INTERNAL asks for no password. I think the user has to own the database. Though I forget.
You may want to look into other ways of doing what you'd like. INTERNAL use has been deprecated. Look at signing in with the "AS sysdba" or the like.
