if they are TRUE temporary tablespaces:
create TEMPORARY TABLESPACE
with tempfiles (NOT datafiles), the answer is a resounding NO (it doesn't make sense to back them up)
If they are tablespaces that were created with DATAFILES (not tempfiles), then it is upto you. Backing them up makes a restore a tad easier, not having them in the backup makes you perform extra steps during a restore. If you know how to do the restore without them (and you should *practice* that a couple of dozen times), you may skip them as long as they are really just TEMP spaces....
