Wallet Maneger hang up

Hi,
I have problem when try to start Wallet Manager. No error or somthing just Wallet manager window loading.......I met that jrew.exe starts and I think that there is somthing wrong in my jre (by be to old 1.1.7 -it comes with Oracle 8) but I'm not shure. I have to kill that process that is the only way to stop wallet manager. Any idea. Thanks Best,
