Patch Set Oracle9i OLAP 9.0.1.2

Hello,

I am fed up with Oracle9i.
I have a lot of troubles to connect to OLAP Services using OEM Cube Viewer and
Business Inteligence Beans. It is just impossible.

When I was trying to install previous patch 9.0.1.1 , Oracle hung when I typed password for SYS user. But somebody told me to change enviroment to NLS_LANG = AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1. It really worked. Patch was installed successfully.
But I still wasn't able to connect to OLAP Services using BIBeans and Cube Viewer.
Few weeks ago I discovered that Oracle had released NEW PATCH SET for SERVER and another one for OLAP SERVICES. - 9.0.1.2 And what ?
The first one has been successfully installed ( I upgraded my databse from 9.0.1.1 to 9.0.1.2), but I can't do anything with second one. Why ? Because it again hangs when I have to type SYS user password. I tried to change NLS_LANG to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1, but it doesn't work.
Does anyone of you could help me ?
What did I do wrong ?

I didn't find anything on Oracle website (metalink.oracle.com)
