Re: Oracle on Novell Netware?

We have been running Oracle on Netware for 6+ years and have found it to be lacking in reliability(we have to down our servers every week, and cold start once a month), support from Oracle (not many Novell experts there) and in maintenance (ie backup, scripting, etc...).

Since Oracle has dropped support (or will 12/31/2001) we are trying to move to a different platform, and if you want support would not recommend going to Netware.
